Dear Seniors,

Does the accused have the right to receive POLICE Diary and exhibits of the evidence collected from the complainant without RTI.

or

What does the accused have right to get from the station except Case Diary.

After the filing of charge sheet accused has full right to get copies from the court. Otherwise before filing of charge sheet accused is entitled only to get copies of general diary under RTI but not of case diary.

you can not demand any case diary proceedings of the police under RTI act
