Hello sir.. my client sent some bundles of Cotton through transport at some where but in between due to short circuit the goods (cotton) distroyed in transit.. I have transport builty and J form issued by broker from where i bought this cotton. .. Now where i can claim in this regard to get compensation..? Whether i should go to consumer court- If yes, should i make party to all, e.g. insurance company (for third party claim), transporter, driver, truck owner and electricity aughority.. plz reply...or should i go to MACT..if yes under which provision
