because it was said by my land lord that you will be for lifetime just you have to give me 10 % extra on every three years it kept on but he is saying to free his accommodation i just want to stay want to give him rent as usual. he is saying free my accommodation or face the court so is there any chance to get any relief for me in court
ajay sethi (Expert) 15 September 2013
you cant force the landlord to keep you as tenant for lifetime . merely because you are paying 10%increase rent every 3 years does not give you any right to stay for lifetime .

if you dont vacate he will file suit for eviction against you .
Dr. Jyothi Vishwanath (Expert) 15 September 2013
Agreed to the experts. You have to vacate the premises.

thanks sir/ma'am
if my landlord files suit against me for eviction then how long will it take for decision in court
ajay sethi (Expert) 18 September 2013
it depends upon pendency of cases in courts in your city . may take years
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 18 September 2013
It may take 2-5 years depending upon the pending of cases, if appeal filed further time may be taken.
