If there is a proof that that house was purchased by husband in the name of wife. Husband is safe in both proceeding. It proves that who can buy house in the name of wife, how can he ask for dowry.
Otherwise 304 B shall be decided on it's own merit and, it has no impact on succession matter. Husband is the successor of wife.

Dear Munna,
You have neither stated what is the current position of the 304B case, nor that you have the clear proof that the house was purchased by you in the name of the wide.
However, succession of house depends upon the answer to the above queries.

four years before her marriage, the father of the deceased has purchased a house in the name of daughter and after her marriage, she along with husband, in-laws and brother-in-law are residing in the above said house.
