A residential house is equally owned by two persons,can plantiff has right to got the other person evacuated from the house

Who is the plaintiff? The two persons have equal rights over the house property. Why the question of evacuation?

If the property is owned jointly by two persons and if there is no cooperating between them, then they can file a suit for partition and get the property partitioned.
