A christian persons right to heriditary property

I am a R. C. Christian by birth. Can my father make a Will in respect of property purchased by my grandfather, to give such property to my brother only. Which law will be applicable in this case.

Indian Succession Act, 1925 applies. He can make will and transfer to your brother even if it was purchased by the grandfather.
