Complaint u/s 138 is dismissed for default

Respected experts,
Complaint u/s 138 was filed before JMFC and same has been dismissed because of complainant failed to present before Hon'ble JMFC court for Verification (3 times)because of complainant was out of station for his business work. That 2 times adjournment applications were filed. What is the remedy? Is there any provision for appeal? What is the limitation? Complainant has very good case.

Yes you can appeal within the ninety days(90 days) otherwise you have to pray for condonation of delay with valid cause
