1. Can I proceed my case to fast track court being senior citizen what will be the proceedure

How is it possible the filing of the case by your sister-in-law in the year 1919??????

Perhaps it is typographic error. It may be 1991. Even the it is highly delayed. This case is triable by magistrate so cannot be sifted to fast track court which generally is of Additional Sessions Judge but keeping in view the dealy in the trial and your old age, the prayed can be made therein or to the district judge to direct the trial judge to dispose off the matter within a short span of time.

1.YOU MAY FILE A WRIT PETITION TO HIGH COURT FOR QUASHING FALSE CASE AGAINST YOU.
2.YOU MAY ALSO FILE A DISCHARGE APPLICATION TO THE TRIAL COURT FOR DISCHARGIN YOU FROM THE CASE AS YOU ARE FALSELY INVOLVED IN SAID CASE.
3.YOU MAY SEEK EXEMPTION FOR APPEARING IN THE COURT FROM THE TRIAL COURT.
