A husband and a wife got divorced in previously. Now again both are married and lived two months happily in the 2004. After that wife came to her parents house not gone to the marital house till now. But wife filed a RCR petition in a Court and it is pending and also Maintenance Case against her husband. Now she filed a 498-A against the husband recently is it maintainable? As she is left 6 years ago, how it is maintainable. At present they are trying to file a Domestic Violence Act case against the husband. But husband already got filed RCR in Hyderabad and got exparte divorce against the wife. What should husband do in this situation?
