Sir, I am facing 498-a against me any family. sir i want to file some documents in case, in which section of Crpc i can file an application for submitting documents in this case. pl. reply.

Please clarify what type of case is filed.

Is it with police still, or challan has been filed in District court for Trial

Are you on bail

Don't get frightened , now Court and police are careful before processing 498 A complaints and don't take complaint as true always.

It all depends on actually what happened and what are allegations and evidences with your spouse.

First attempt should be to resolve matter between you and spouse amicably and close the matters. 498A is not compoundable unless by leave of court.

Documents are in any case allowed to be filed by an accused in his/her deference during trial till evidence recording is going on and trial not closed by judge for arguments

PS: if it is still with police you can give copies to IO so he/she will base their investigation findings on complaint.They may even close it.
