REGISTRATION UNDER PRESS AND REGN OF BOOKS ACT IS MUST.YOU HAVE A GET ISBN NUMBER ALSO. IF WISH GO FOR REGN UNDER COPYRIGHT ACT ALSO BUT NOT MANDATORY.
