I am member of G.H.Society in delhi. the flat is ready to move and one falt out of total numbers of flats also alloted to me by society management but the flat is still in the custody of present society management and they are assuring me to get the approvel of the allotment from RCS office. But I am very doubtfull about the intention of present secretary, he is willing to do some fraud and want to sell my flat with the involvement of contrator. is it possible that they sell my flat or transfer my membership without my written consent? What should I do, as they are nither issuing any letter/document to me by hand/or my correpnd. address, not repling my any letter. Kindly suggest me the effective way. (for Delhi Advocate only)

Make a complaint to the Registrar of the Societies with your grievances.
