My query is ; what is legal status of "At Will" Hiring in India can we draft a policy of "At Will" Hiring , if yes then what will be stand of missconduct clouses and resp punishment according to standing order.

As pr my knowledge "At will" hiring is not open in India hence no desired policy can be drafted by you.
