hi, i file a consumer complaint against the insurance company.at later i filled the application for production of original document which is in the custody of insurance company.the forum order them to produce it but after three chances they give statement that,they have not find it yet.they submitted when they find it. my Q is now i can exp the photocopy of that document or some thing else
advice me plz

thanks for replies sir, but will u tell me nanda sir how can pray to court to impose heavy cost to company. is there any provision in cpc?

If the insurance company has failed to produce the original documents and if you are having its photocopy then you may pray for secondary evidence which shall definitely stand allowed and then what ever you desired.

pray orally to court to impose costs on co.

and court can impose costs u/s 151 of CPC

which is the inherent power of court.
