What are the consequence and effects if the case is proves?
Ans.accused person shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

I agree with shah. It is better to come with facts rather to take examination of experts. No facts no specific solution.

It is the Evidence Act and it is only the Evidence Act that takes pivotal role in proving the genuineness, and nothing else.
