If I say B to kill the animal saying that govt has announced prize on it's hunting- it is undue influence.

If I say B to kill the animal otherwise I would beat him- It is coercion.

If I say B that I am a forest official and I am ordering him to kill the animal- It is misrepresentation.

Agree with Arvind but Pratik have you any particular situation of a case wherein the aforesaid doctrine have been used?
