Dear sir,
When any government officer does not do his job.
for example:-
(1)does not come in time at his office.
(2)goes early from his office.
(3)delay the work from the stipulated time he or she is bound.
(4)misbehave with the public person.

under which section the concerned employee will be booked.

deciplinary proceedings can be intiated by the suprior authority by giingdue notice to the concerned employee under administrative law.
