Transfer of property

My family live in rent house from last 25 years and the owner of this rent house is missing from last 15 years. so, now i want to transfer this rent house to me. So, what is the procedure for transfer this rent house?

Dear Samir
as you inform that you family live in this house, you can not transfer the house, your family is only tenant not owner of the property

Once a tenant always a tenant - by no length of time or even death of owner - you don't become the owner - there may be legal heirs to the owner - who have a right to the property - in default of any legal heirs - STATE would take the property by escheat not you.
