Declaration based on registered mortgage deed

In the absence of a registered title document in possession of the mortgagor, the certified registered mortgage deed can be based on as documentary evidence in a suit seeking declaration of title to the plaintiff besides attaching revenue records to correlate the pleadings.

Declaration based on registered mortgage deed

We don't have any title deed other than Revenue records and registered mortgage deed. Can we claim declaration based on registered mortgage deed alone? Considering it is settled position Revenue records are not document of title. It is a Ancestral property

Any citation, please share.

Leasing out soceity crech

It is within perview of the General Body decision, however, there is no legal infirmity.
You may agree renting out creche to outsiders (non-residents) may create some security problem.

Regarding procedure for exhibits

Yes, you are right.
No need to file photocopies of the documents again, as these are already on judicial file.
