Society membership for Pvt. Ltd. Co.

If a pvt. ltd co. buys residential flat in co-op hsg society. How can it get membership in the society.

What set of forms needs to be submitted to society's office to get membership..

just have this pre - printed form 4 - form of undertaking-use flat for alloted purpose--to be given on 100 Rs. stamp paper.

Also intsead of 100 Rs. stamp paper . can we fill out pre-printed forms and attach COURT FEE STAMPS - RS. 100 /= on them ????

U can use the dpre finted forms. Instead of ataching court fee stamps of Rs.100/- you pay the stamp fee in the state bank of india branch by filling the challan.

paying stamp fee in SBI .... THAT means FRANKING the document ??

thing is ..document is filled up and signed ..

will bank do franking on a signed document ?? court fee stamp can;t be attached on the document ??

Stamp fee can be paid at the Sub-Registrar's office and obtain a receipt to be attached to the document. There will be an endorsement on the stamp paper.

Printed set of forms are available from the Registrar of Societes these forms are duly filled and franking the stamp value of Rs100/= on application for membership form and alonwith other forms are to sent/an lodge with the society office for entering your name of of your company's name as a member.
