Site name mentioned as 12/c instead of 12c in sale deed

Hi Sir,

I got a site registered last week.

In the sale deed, the name of the site is mentioned as Site: 12/C instead of 12C(An extra slash added mistakenly)

All other things such as site dimensions, area, boundaries and survey nos came properly.

Do you see any problems with this case? Does this need any correction?

Regarding this you could get executed a Rectification Deed by the seller and get it Registered to avoid future complications

Yes the nature of the property will change with the survey number or plot no. being changed in the way you had mentioned, a rectification deed registered immediately in this regard will make you to be at peace over this in the future.
