shop @ Rs 25 PM under Pagadi system

We had a shop from 50+ years at Rs. 25 per month rent, owner of the building has not collected rent from us from last 6 years, now owner of the building is saying us leave the shop. we do not have any written agrrement of rent as we are on the shop from 50 years. Can we do any thing against building owner as he is pressurising us to leave the shop.

YOU MIGHT BE HAVING RENT RECEIPTS TO PROVE YOUR TENANCY. TO SAVE YOUR TENANCY YOU CAN DEPOSIT THE RENT IN THE COURT OF THE ENTIRE PERIOD I.E., 6 HYERS IF THE LANDLORD REFUSES TO TAKE THE SAME.
YOU CAN ALSO FILE SUIT FOR INJUNCTION PRYING THAT YOU SHOULD NOT BE DISPOSSED FROM THE TENANTED PREMISES WITHOUT DUE PROCESS OF LAW.
