Service Tax on Consolidate Bill

If GTA charge Rs 700/- on each deliery and later consolidate all the consingment notes in sigle bill in end of the month and total become more the than Rs 750/- so The Company need to pay service tax on this consolidate bill or not.

The limit of Rs. 750/- is for goods transported to single consignee in a goods carriage. In your case, no tax would be payable. However, it would be advisable to keep individual consignment note with the consolidated bills so that in case of any query by Department it can be easily explained that no tax payable by company.
