While calculating 10 lakhs per annum rent of each unit in a building clubbed together.

Yes, while calculating the limit of Rs 10.00 Lakhs each unit in a building is clubbed together, however, recently the Delhi HC has held that Service Tax on rent is not maintainable and a stay was granted in the matter, the matter is now before the Hon'ble SC.

As the matter is still pending so verdict of HC of Delhi is not applicable and old provision still holds.
