(Querist) 20 June 2012 This query is : Resolved 
A person was under suspension in the meantime he died will his son or daughter or any dependent shall have right to claim for compensatory job and other relief?? case law if any.

he died during suspensenion. That implies he was not yet punished and all proceedings against him will abate. YThe dependents cannot be denied compassionate appointment on this ground if otherwise suitable and eligible.
