Refer judgement of supreme court against kerala state that chs are not covered under Rti act.Here in maharashtra already 97 th amendment of mcs act is in force from april 2013.On the basis of the above judgement in maharashtra also all chs will get relief from Rti Querry by mischievieous members.This is as per the news item in local news paper dated 16 th october.

Todays news made it clear that only government aided and controlled by state societies are covered under Rti Act.Housing Societies are not covered under the rti act as per Supreme court judgement
