My client was doing a job in a company from january 1997 to aug 1998. aug 1998 when i went to office my office told me that you don't have to come to office now.and they din't give any reason. sir what should i do.

What you had been doing for the last 13 years and what made you to think today to do some action about a job which you lost 13 years before?
Don't think I am asking you question, but if asked like that in a court of law how would you like to justify?

send the notice to your company asking for what is the reason ? reply with in 15 days or filing district employer forum.

my client had filed the case earlier but his cousel delayed it very badly on every date he filed the adjourments or the date of hearing the presiding officer was on leave so by this his case was running like a tortise walk. and i m very new to this field that's why i m asking this question. i know that all of u r here to teach us the best way. i shall be hihly oblized to u.
