Dear Sir, I am a high court practicing advocate and My son is persuing CA( Finals), and LLB completed, but yet to attempt All India Bar Council Exams, whether Can I send him to high court to seek adjourment on my behalf, is it allowed.

If your son has been enrolled as an advocate in the respective bar council then he can very well appear as a counsel on your behalf even thought the fact is that he is awaiting AIBE.

Yes, your son can file an adjournment petition on your behalf without AIBE.
