y'day Hon. homeminister of MAHARASHTRA ask CBI to probe into the matter of MALEGAON BOMB BLAST case in 2006 (in which chargsheet already submitted in court)after confession of SWAMI ASEEMANAND.
IS thr such provision in constitution of law????

Yes.As per provision of section 173[8] Cr.P.C,this order is valid.
