Kindly supply me the format of bye-laws to register a law firm or association.

Dear Goyal,
There is no bye laws prescribed for this purpose. All that you have to do is enter into a partnership agreement, get it registered, inform the income-tax department. Apply for PAN number for the LawFirm from the IT Department. Get a bank account opened in the name of the Law Firm. That is it.
