where can i get my computer coaching institute registered in my state,jharkhand or any other state ?

In Karnataka, one would register the Computer Institute with the city municipal corporation (Bruthat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike) under Shops and Establishments Act.

Your are requested to approach the local muncipal offices of that city/state who may having the jusisdiction of of our local address where your institute is situated for issue of gumasta licence under shop and establishment and also to reister your institute under service-tax withe the commissioner of service-tax or central excise offices who are also having the jurisdiction of service-tax. Kindly contact local offices for that purposes.
