What is the basis and rule to know the Stamp Duty and the Registration fee for executing a Rectification Deed in respect of a typographical error in the Survey Number in Tamil Nadu.

No stamp duty is payable in such cases.

Normally they insist for a fresh sale deed registration. You can check with the concerned registrar office.
