regarding pest control license

Dear sir,

plz guide me what is the legal formalities in gaining the pest control license. Sir if somebody is not from BSC(agriculture) than how can he or she starts the pest control business or how can get the pest control license.

catch hold of an BSC grauduate if that is the basic requirement of pest control license and take it on his name and take POA from hinm in your name. i will let you know as and when i receive infiormation for my seniors. i have posed it to them
