Regarding car ramp outside my house

I have a very irritating neighbour, his dog always poops on my car ramp so today I confronted him and he started shouting at me and he threatened me that he would destroy the car ramp as it is build on road please tell me what should I do , also I am not the only one who has a car ramp in the colony but he is threatening me ... Please help me sir 🙏

The car ramp built on road, i.e. on the government space is illegal. If the neighbour is making a complaint to the municipality then they may aggregate the issue further which may even lead to demolition of the ramp.
You cannot take shelter under the other neighbours act of building ramp on government property.
They will manage their problem, hence you may soft peddle the issue by compromising with the neighbour to settle the matter amicably.
This issue may not fall under civil nuisance too.
