Quashing of case

(Querist) 22 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
In a criminal case, if only one of the 2 accused have files quash petition in high court. Then will the case will be stayed in lower court for both accused until hearing of quash petition. Or lower court proceeding will continue for one of the accused who has not filled quash petition
