Quash petition in high court

(Querist) 22 November 2015 This query is : Resolved
in one of my case, i have been accused in lower court and then i appealed in high court for stay and quash, which dismissed.
Can now i again go to high court or supreme court is the only way?
Earlier i appealed in high court u/s 482.

In my opinion, no further recourse is available in the High Court against the decision of the single judge exercising inherent power u/s 482. The only option is to file SLP in the SC.

Defend yourself in the lower court on merits.
