Property sealed by court

Hi, we hired one factory place, which was near to industrial area in mumbai. The land owner given us the rent receipt in other person name. and she took deposits also. but no receipt.That property is in joint family name.In same property other tenant also was having factory & shop.The landowner without giving notice, demolished the factory & others shop.we filed a suit and won also, even in high court also and our name also declared as part owner in order.due to their family suit,the property sealed by court.
please suggest, can we get the sealed property open, if we pay the fine?

What is your lawyer opining on this issue. You have won a case against the owner even through the high court, so your lawyer will be fully aware of the circumstance of the case, please seek his opinion and you may come here for second opinion, if need be.
