the employee was promoted for higher post pending finalization of the ACB Case. the ACB case is pending in ACB Court. the Government of AP given permission to employer to give the delinquent Officer, is it correct or not give me rule and Judgements

Please indicate clearly whom do you represent in the above query. Whether the Government or the delinquent officer? Or what is your stake in the whole matter.

Dear Mr. Rao,

It is a sort of provisional and adhoc promotion subject to the outcome of the ACB case, which can be terminated or confirmed, if due, only after the judgement of the court. Final seniority on higher post in such cases is also fixed only after judgment of the court. So, you need not worry about any such promotions.
