Part time Employment.

Dear All,

Can anyone please tell the law governing the part time employment in india.

Any benefits which are statutorily applicable to employees also applies to part time employment.

It depends upon terms and condition of appointment-letter.

It will depend on no of hours put for work per week , if less than statutory limits no benefits will be available.
