What will be the status of Agreement of sale cum GPA (with possession) in the year 1997. When the Agreement of sale cum GPA.is only attested by notary. and revaildated in the year 2008.Are this agreement of sales cum G.P.A. is valid or not. AND CAN IT USED FOR NEW REGISTRY

Notorised GPA is valid to some extent. But it is just a creation of agency which can be terminated at any time.
