Non paymennt of PF at withdrawl by employer

Experts,

To be specific, kindly provide me with the section , in which it is an offence in case if the employer has not made the payment to the emphoyee ,after making an application in this regard ( employee has satisfied with the conditions like 2 months after relieving and being without in employment for 2 months).

YOU MAY REFER PROVISIONS OF PROVIDENT FUND ACT.
INSTEAD OF JUST DELAYING THE MATTER KINDLY SUBMIT COMPLAINT TO THE AREA PROVIDENT FUND COMMISSIONER REGARDING NON PAYMENT OF PF AND MAKE APPROPRIATE PRAYERS.YOUR JOB WILL BE DONE.

file a complaint against the employer before the concerned provident fund commissioner and soon you will get justice.

14AB of the Act deals with offence relating to default in payment of contribution by the employer.
