Negoatiable instrument act -appeals

(Querist) 08 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
'A' got acquitted by the trial court in NIA cases filed by 'B'.
Please let me know -
1. Limitation period for filing appeals in NIA case. ( is it 30 days from the date of order or receipt of the order?)
2. Whether the appeal is to be filed in District Court, or,'B' can directly file appeal in High court.

by new amendments in Cr. P .c. the appeal is liable in DJ court.

limitation is 30 days from the date of order.., but the the days between copy application, and the ready copy will not be counted..

its mean order dated 1-7-12., copy application made on the same day., but its ready on 11-7-12 mean in the between 10 days will not be calculated..

and appeal before district judge only., not before high court..
