Mental harassment to wife

Hello to all,
My client having 3 yrs old daughter filed for divorce & 125, her husband filed for s.9 conjugal rts.
Now v hv withdrawn these cases same by the husband also and signed the settlement deed in the court, within his month 1st motion will be filed But still husband is bothering wife, How - by keep on standing outside her rented house for hours which bothers landlady n neighbors as well who force her to shift somewhere else. same thing is done by her husband in her office as well( not easy to gt job again n again n new rented house as well).
Husband is so clever that he does not harass physically. he just chase her everywhere and finds out about where, what ,with whom, how etc. give her mental torture and harassment.
My client (wife) is on temporary job she's not getting maintenance just getting some money in recurring account of daughter and minimum amount she also have to deposit p/m. She was so much frustrated with her husbd harassment that she decided to gt out of these case asap and settle with parents out side delhi that is y nt taking maintenance.
She had already been to police station fr complaints 4-5 times but nothing was done rather suggested to go to court and sort out matter through court only.
Plz suggest wt can be done.

If local police are ineffective, approach higher police officials and lodge a complaint with the threats to life and property, there will be some respite.

Adv. Kalaiselvan is right take the matter to the higher authority you may also take help for the same of Women rights activities
