Sir
my criminal complaint was dismissed and accused were aquitted after trial by judicial magistratr I class Narwana(Haryana)Now i want to file crl appeal against this order whether my crl appeal is maintainable in the court of sessions judge or i have to moved directly before Highcourt. Plz enlighten me. Thanku

file an application in terms of section 378(4)CrPC before High Court for special leave to appeal and when this leave is granted to you then only your appeal will be accepted.
There is no other provision to appeal either before High Court or before Sessions Judge.

File special leave before the H.C. And appeal has to be filed within 30 days of granting the Leave.
