Limitation period for lokadalath award

Dear Experts,

If lokadalath award is passed through misrepresentation of facts or fraud,then what is the limitation period to set aside that award???

To set aside award, writ petition before Hon'ble High Court lies. there is no limitation for filing writ petition.

There is no such limitation but it should be filed as earliest as possible after coming to know the alleged fraud.
