Dear Experts,

Kindly provide me with the relevant section/rule of the law which prohibits the intermediaries from committing a fixed return in equity and equity related investments.

Mr.Hariharan Krishnamurthy,

There is a notification by NSE in the year 2004 by which the role of the Intermediatory is limited to that of the transaction facilitator not more than that. Otherwise when the Intermediatory approaches the NSE BSE or other regulator they are supposed to abide by the rules and bye laws of Regulator in this regard.
