So for as enhancement of rent is concerned, you both are bound by said agreement thus your land lord neither can enhance the rent nor can get evicted the shop till 31-12-2019. As regard to running of business of Hotel by your land lord in another shop is concerned, you can not stop him as it is his fundamental right. For other grievances, you can file FIR or Criminal complaint in court.
