Sir, In 1934 my Great grand father bought a land extending 3.35 acres in Vizag.It is a vacant land.In 2004 the govt took over the land under ULC act and it was handed over to APIIC by the MRO Urban VSP/Collector/ULC.The APIIC has not alloted the land to any industry till date(may be because it is purely residential area)we never were informed about the aquisition,maybe they did not have our actual contacts.we have the sale deed and the link documemts of the land.Can we get the land released???and how??

What the reason the land was taken by govt. If any other 's land also taken by ggovt and what the reason the govt kept it in the same. Is any compansation or award given by govt. You can get all details by RTI. Then find the geniune reason for get back if passible

The reason is because the land is considered to be Excess Land.Now we do not have property except for that land.No compensation was paid to us,because we never knew that the land is acquired by the govt, until we investigated about it.Also plz tell me where(which Govt Office) will I put the request by RTI to get all the details in writing from the Govt.
