Hello
Some on has file PIL in delhi high court and case is going over their. but people are form Gujarat and documents, Agreements, administration offices & oppression offices are in Gujarat and case agents trust which is Gujarat but delhi high court is ruing this case form last all most 3 years. some party's are suffering due to this PIL and suffering people are also for Gujarat can this case go on delhi high court without Jurisdiction. please Help about this

Without knowing the full details of the case especially the contents of the Writ petition, it is difficult to make comment on the jurisdiction.
The points on jurisdiction is a complicated one and this case may well have jurisdiction in spite of the facts as mentioned by you.

If you move to Supreme Court of India bring all these facts, there is full possibility to transfer such PIL to Gujarat High Court.

dont know the details of the case and High courts can exercise jurisdiction under Art 227 if cause arose in delhi. if the trust activities are for whole of India then possibly the Delhi High court can exercise jurisdiction. please clarify the activities
to get correct advise
