SIR,
I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THERE IS ANY LAW IN FORCE, FOR THE TIME BEING, AGAINST TOUTING AND CASE CANVASSING BY UNSCRUPULOUS PERSONS IN AND AROUND COURT PREMISES ?
DISTRICT JUDGE, CJM, BAR ASSOCIATION SAYS THAT THEY CANNOT TAKE ANY ACTION AS THERE IS NO DIRECT EVIDECE OF TOUTING AND ANYBODY CAN STAND IN COURT PREMISES,AS IT IS A PUBLIC PLACE.
MY COMPLAINT IS THAT A PERSON WHO IS NEITHER A COURT-STAFF NOR AN ADVOCATE"S CLARK COMES AND STANDS IN COURT PREMISES AND CANVASS CASES FOR A PARTICULAR ADVOCATE SAYING THAT ALL OTHER ADVOCATES NOT GOOD FOR YOUR CASE.
PLEASE TELL ME THE FORUM WHERE I CAN LOADGE A COMPLAINT.

You are at full liberty to choose your Advocate. Why should you listen to him? It's very shameful for an Advocate to appoint tout.

i think, no one understood my query properly...i am a practicing lawyer .....my problem is that some scrupulous lawyers has appointed some agents in the court complex to canvass cases for them ... you may tell that it is their business...why i m worried ?
here, the problem is that the persons coming to consult me , happens to meet this agents , they may say something to them and canvass the cases for their advocates ....
i have made a lot of complaints against this to DJ, CJM and BAR Association .. etc...everything was in vein ....please guide me >>>>>!!!
